Economists say what the G20 should do on November 15th to fix the global financial system

Leaders of the G20 industrialised and developing nations, will meet in Washington DC on November 15th, to begin the process of developing a new global financial framework, in the aftermath of the worst crisis since the Great Depression. The global system remains fragile as the world heads towards a recession and the summit is both very unprepared and very important.
