Draghi says Eurozone is heading towards mild recession by year-end

Following the decision of the ECB governing council today to cut the benchmark interest rate by 0.25% to 1.25%, Mario Draghi, ECB president, told a press conference that what is being observed now in the Eurozone is "slow growth heading toward a mild recession by year-end."
