Deflation: Will America and Europe follow Japan?

In the wake of the financial crises, both American and Europe are seeing higher debt burdens, fiscal deficits stretching far into the future, and hints of deflation. Economists at US investment bank Morgan Stanley say investors are naturally asking which countries might be ‘the next Japan'.
