Credit crunch is not dampening corporate ambitions for innovation says latest Economist Intelligence Unit report

Despite the storm clouds gathering over the global economy, companies remain focused on innovation and top-line growth. Their main target areas for innovation are new product development, sales and marketing, and customer service. However, there is an enormous performance gap between the firms that are able to innovate effectively and those that do not.
