In the next ten years construction demand in Germany will grow on average by only 0.5 percent per annum in real terms. This is the conclusion of the construction forecast, produced by the German Ifo Institute for Economic Research, with a detailed outlook at the development of the German construction industry up to 2018. It was published on Tuesday.
