A US arbitration panel found in favour of actor Larry Hagman, in a securities case against a Citi unit, in a ruling published Thursday. It ordered the bank to pay an award of $11.1m: $1.1m to Hagman, who played the oilman character JR in the popular 'Dallas' 1980s television series, and another $10 million to charities of his choosing. The latter signaled evidence of serious misconduct.
