Chinese Premier seeks to ease tensions with the United States; Expects China to report trade deficit in March

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao on Monday sought to ease tensions with the United States, saying an upcoming high-level political and economic dialogue would be "very important" for China and the United States to solve problems the two countries have, regarding trade and currency issues. He expects China to report a trade deficit in March.
