China’s services sector activity rose to a seven-month high in March; India services fell from February’s seventeen-month peak

In March, China's services sector grew strongly as reflected in the HSBC Business Activity Index, which rose to a seven-month high of 58.7. Meanwhile, the HSBC Business Activity Index for India services was down on February’s seventeen-month peak of 60.9, signalling a slowdown in the rate of output growth but activity continued to expand at a considerable pace.
