Central Bank of Ireland fines Goldman Sachs Bank (Europe) plc €160,000 for breaches of regulations

The Central Bank of Ireland has today announced an agreement with Goldman Sachs Bank (Europe) plc, a unit of the US investment bank, in relation to breaches of regulation 16(3) of the European Communities (Licensing and Supervision of Credit Institutions) Regulations 1992. Goldman Sachs has been fined €160,000.
