Budweiser maker Anheuser-Busch has agreed to be acquired by Belgian-Brazilian giant InBev NV for about $52 billion, creating the world's biggest beer maker. InBev is the owner of Stella Artois and many other brands. Anheuser-Busch, which has 48.2% of the US beer market, has a 50% stake in the Mexican maker of Corona.
