Bruton says European Central Bank partly responsible for the Irish banking crash

Former Taoiseach John Bruton joined the ECB (European Central Bank) bashers in a speech in London on Monday in which he suggested that the central bank was partly responsible for the Irish banking crash by not holding the Central Bank of Ireland to account during the bubble period.
