Asking prices for Irish residential property fall 3.7% in the third quarter of 2010; Development land values plunge 75%

Asking prices for Irish residential property around the country fell by an average of 3.7% during the third quarter of 2010, according to the latest report published by property website Daft.ie. Development land values are estimated to have plunged 75%. Meanwhile MyHome.ie reported that property prices fell 3.9% in the third quarter, bringing the fall for the year to date to 11%.
