Aer Lingus passenger numbers rose 7.6% in year to June

Aer Lingus Group plc today announced traffic statistics for the month of June 2008. Total passenger numbers grew by 7.6% in June 2008 to 958,000, up from 890,000 compared to June 2007. This comprises of a 7.8% increase in passenger numbers on short haul and a 6.7% increase on long haul.
